Is Staye an app guests need to download?
No. Staye opens in the browser on any phone. There is no app store listing, no account to create and no password to forget at midnight.
How do guests access Staye?
However suits the property. A link in the booking confirmation, a QR code at reception or in the room, a card in the dorm. Most hostels use two or three of these together.
Can we customise it for our hostel?
Yes. Your name, your colours, your photography and your sections. Staye is the frame. The content inside it is entirely yours, and you change it whenever you want.
Can we add our own food and drinks?
Yes. You control the menu, the prices, the photography, the hours each item is available and whether something is on or off today.
Can guests book activities through Staye?
Yes, both the activities you run yourself and the partner experiences you work with. How bookings and payments are handled is set up with you during onboarding, so it fits how your property already operates.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Guests see your hostel, not Staye. That is rather the point of it.
Does Staye work for multiple properties?
Yes. Each property gets its own space in Staye, with its own content and its own local knowledge, managed from one place. Useful if you run a group, or are about to become one.
What happens after a guest checks out?
Their access winds down after the stay ends. You keep everything you built, and it is ready for the next guest without anyone doing anything.
How much does Staye cost?
